Communa is a co-managed workspace located at Rue du Monténégro 144 in Forest, within the Minima site operated by Communa ASBL. The space hosts teams and collectives from 2 to 20 people, with offices ranging from 2 m² to 80 m², available until at least the end of 2028. Heated, bright, and comfortable, the workspace functions through shared governance, monthly participation, and bimonthly assemblies. Members share meeting rooms, kitchen, printer, Wi-Fi, and common areas. The pricing model is based on “prix libre conscient,” balancing accessibility and financial sustainability.
