Yes, 100% free. FlexGuide is paid by the workspace operator when a successful match is made — a standard industry referral model. You never pay us anything, at any stage.

How quickly can you find us a workspace?

In most cases, we deliver a curated shortlist within 24–48 hours of your initial enquiry. More complex searches (multiple cities, large teams, very specific requirements) may take slightly longer, but we'll always keep you informed.

What types of workspaces do you cover?

We cover coworking spaces (hot desks, dedicated desks, flex memberships), serviced offices (private, fully-equipped, managed), and hybrid spaces that combine both. We work across all major operators and independent venues in Belgium.
