FlexGuide's services are provided free of charge to businesses seeking workspace. Our fees are paid by workspace operators as a referral commission when a successful match is made and a contract is signed.

This model does not affect the independence or quality of our advice. FlexGuide acts solely in the interest of finding the best workspace match for the client.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we make every effort to find suitable workspace options, FlexGuide does not guarantee that a suitable space will be found in every case. Availability of spaces and matching outcomes depend on market conditions and your specific requirements.

5. Your Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your workspace requirements
• Communicate in good faith with our consultants and workspace operators
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not misrepresent your identity or organisational affiliations

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the FlexGuide website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of FlexGuide and is protected by Belgian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
